Alfred-Altherr-Terrasse

Alfred-Altherr-Terrasse is a public park between Frohburgstrasse and Strikhofstrasse, on top of a water reservoir. It is named after Alfred Altherr, who was an architect, the head of the Kunstgewerbeschule (School of Applied Arts) in Zürich, and the founder of the Schweizerischer Werkbund (Swiss association of Craftsmen).

It's not the first place I couldn't visit, but it's the first one I'm posting here in this context! The park is getting renovated, and there was fences all around when I went, preventing access. I still got a couple of shots from below, because this park is situated on top of a reservoir :)

The blue sign translates to "Alfred Altherr (1875 - 1945) - Head of the School of Applied Arts from 1912 to 1938 - Founder of the Swiss Association of Craftsmen".
