Ausserdorfstrasse goes from Glattalstrasse to Hertensteinstrasse. It is named after the description of the part of the original Seebach municipality ("outside of the village").
Translation: Built in 1667 as a building with bent framing with a living area, a barn and a stable under a single roof. In the 18th century, the original walls made out of planks were replaced by new half-timbered façades and the east façade was bricked up. This stately farmhause belongs to the "Seebacher Ausserdorf", i.e. the northern historical center of Seebach. Protected building since 2004.

Ausserdorfstrasse 12-16
Translation: First documented mention of hops in 1227 in the ledger of the Grossmünster canon. The core square building with a side length of 12.5 meters was built in 1612; it was a building with multiple bent structures and a living area, a threshing floor, a stable and a barn. In 1882, Nr. 16 was added to the western façade of the old farmhouse. The rear barn was added in 1895. This is an important building in the row settlement of the old Seebacher Ausserdorf. Protected building since 2008.
